Commercial Plumber - Sarasota, FL
EXPERIENCED PLUMBERS (Lead Plumber Up to $3,000 Sign On Bonus) needed for major multi-family renovations/remodel construction company based in Clearwater. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in order to independently assess, repair and service/install, etc., as needed. Well-rounded candidates must be able to do the following:
- Study blueprints to understand structure of water supply/drainage system and piping system;
- Test plumbing systems to identify leaks and other faults;
- Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures to perform, repair or replace damaged components;
- Liaise with Project Manager to ensure plumbing operations align with overall construction objectives;
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and policies.
We are an MEP/Renovation and general construction company that favors someone versatile and willing to work along side other trades in our company. Candidate must be willing and able to learn and grow with the company.

- Install kitchen and bath cabinets and laminate countertops - carpentry and cabinetry experience
- Install faucets and sinks (kitchen and bath) - light plumbing experience
- Replace light fixtures, and install ceiling fans - light electrical experience
- Must have own hand tools

- Experienced in drywall patching and repairs
- At the request of their supervisor, an employee may be asked to perform additional duties or take on additional responsibilities concerning interior renovations.

Warehouse Manager - Clearwater
A fast-paced construction warehouse needs a Warehouse Manager with experience in the day-to-day operations, purchasing, deliveries, product handling, equipment, and inventory management.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of warehouse management experience.
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse personnel and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals;
- Train and manage warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals;
- Control and manage inventory and logistics;
- Manage space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans;
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment;
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed;
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to job sites;
- Assist purchasing department;
- Other duties deemed necessary by management.
