Riata Apartment Community Near Apple Inc. Gets Renovations Since 1990s

Riata Austin, near Apple’s main campus on the north side of the Texas capital, is undergoing its first major facelift since being built in the late 1990s. The 180-acre campus on Riata Trace Parkway off U.S. Highway 183 was developed by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and area investors.
